Recently Completed Book – Credit Repair

without comments

A ghost writing project I completed recently involved a book for a credit repair expert.  In this book the consumer gets an education in how the credit reporting system and agencies work, and how to improve and maintain their credit scores and histories.

As the consumer isn’t the paying customer of Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, it’s not their interests at the top of those businesses’ importance pile.  This book takes the “take care of yourself” approach.

Ghost Book Project – Internet Marketing

without comments

In mid-2009, I completed a ghost writing project, a book about Internet marketing for a company I can’t name here, but I do a lot of writing for this company about real estate investing as well.  Blog posts and website articles, as well as training materials keep me fairly busy with this group.

Ongoing Blogging for Architectural/Engineering/Construction Software Site

without comments

Actually, the blogging I’m doing under my own name at Line Meets Curve, is to promote their online building project collaboration platform.  It is an extensive collaboration and communication site for construction projects.  The focus of my blog posts is more of a “contractor participant” type of content, thus the category, “A Different Take.”

With three posts per week about communication on the job between architects, engineers and construction companies, a backlog of research material is required.  I subscribe to numerous feeds and newsletters in the industry, and archive the research in order to produce timely material.

Ongoing Blogging for a SMS Text Message Marketing Site

with 2 comments

I am posting approximately 11 posts per month to UGotItFirst.com as a ghost blogger.  Almost all the posts there at the time I wrote this were mine.  Note that the focus changed in July of 2008 from all promotional to a lighter approach with more open cell phone related content.

You’ll find that I’m able to pick up a subject quite quickly, do extensive research, and stay on schedule for blog posting.

Contractor in the HVAC Industry – Writer and Lecturer

without comments

As the innovator and copyright holder for the original Callahan/Roach Flat Rate Pricing system for HVAC, heating ventilation and air conditioning, service contractors, I lectured on quality service, pricing and flat rating service repairs.  HVAC and plumbing contractors, more than 3000 of them, were using the flat rate pricing system all around the country.

In order to produce this database of more than 20,000 repair scenarios, I brought my own service and contracting experience to the table, as well as a staff of repair people and national sales persons.  I wrote for national periodicals, though this was more than seven years ago, so I’m not placing examples here.

Having been an HVAC contractor, pricing and quality lecturer, and database designer for contractors, I can bring extensive background, understanding and experience to your building trades or other contracting writing projects.
